Terms and Conditions for Player Registration

AB Warriors Cricket Club

Welcome to AB Warriors Cricket Club! By registering as a player, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all members.

1. Eligibility and Registration Requirements

• All players must provide accurate personal and contact information upon registration.


• A completed registration form and payment of associated fees are required to confirm registration.


• Registration fees are non-refundable or credited.

2. Code of Conduct

• Players are expected to demonstrate respect, sportsmanship, and commitment both on and off the field.


• Misconduct, including aggressive behavior or disrespect toward coaches, officials, or other players, will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of membership.


• AB Warriors is committed to creating an inclusive environment; any form of discrimination or harassment will lead to immediate disciplinary action.

3. Payment of Membership Fees

• Fees must be paid in full or set up through authorized recurring payments by the specified due date each month.


• Payments can be made via credit card or any other accepted method as outlined in the registration process.


• A late payment fee of CAD 25 will be applied if the monthly fee is not received within 5 days of the due date.


• Accounts not paid within 30 days may be sent to collections. AB Warriors Cricket Club reserves the right to terminate participation if fees remain unpaid after this period.


• By selecting the recurring payment option, registrants agree to authorize AB Warriors Cricket Club to charge the designated credit card each month automatically. This option offers a discounted rate and is required to be maintained for a minimum of three consecutive months.


• No refunds will be issued once the registration is complete and the program has commenced. Special considerations may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for medical or other extenuating circumstances.

4. Health and Safety

• All players are responsible for their own health and safety and must inform coaches of any existing medical conditions.


• Players are required to wear appropriate protective gear during training sessions and matches.


• AB Warriors Cricket Club is not liable for any injuries sustained during training or matches, although first aid and support will be provided.

5. Photography and Media Release

• By registering, players (or parents/guardians for players under 18) grant AB Warriors Cricket Club permission to use photos and videos for promotional purposes on the website, social media, and other marketing materials.


• Players or guardians who do not wish to participate in media activities should notify the club in writing upon registration.

6. Data Privacy and Communication

• Personal data collected during registration is used solely for the purpose of player management, communication, and club administration.


• Contact details may be shared with relevant partner organizations but will never be sold or shared with third-party entities without consent.


• By registering, players consent to receive updates, notifications, and promotional offers from AB Warriors Cricket Club, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.

7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

• AB Warriors Cricket Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Registered members will be notified of any significant changes via email.


• Continued participation following updates signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

AB Warriors Cricket Coaching Liability Waiver

This Liability Waiver applies to all training, coaching, matches, tournaments, etc., held by or under the supervision of 2681833 ONTARIO INC. operating as ‘AB Cricket Coaching’ (hereafter referred to as “The Company”), at any location and at any time once signed for a yearly period (year in which Waiver is signed).

• The Participant forever discharges the Company from all claims and demands arising from injuries or losses sustained during participation, even if caused partly by negligence.


• The Participant authorizes the Company to transport them by ambulance to a hospital in case of emergency.


• The Participant accepts responsibility for medical expenses incurred, whether or not covered by Insurance or OHIP.


• The Participant confirms their physical and mental fitness to participate in activities and agrees to notify the Company in writing of any changes.

This Waiver will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario.

Consent and Agreement

By completing the registration form and paying the required fees, players and their parents/guardians (if applicable) acknowledge their agreement to these terms and conditions and the AB Warriors Cricket Coaching Liability Waiver.
